Speed Hold now works properly

Altitude Hold now works correctly (3D cockpit had been using alt lock instead of alt hold)

Landing Lights and Taxi Lights fixed, left and right can be used independently if desired

3D cockpit autopilot vertical speed adjuster wheel now rotates same as mouse wheel

Side Console cabin light switches now work correctly

Annunciator Panel simicon added

Errant light map areas on rear underside of fuselage fixed

Light bleed from main undercarriage auxiliary doors in left and right sponsons eliminated
