Requirements

The Grumman Tiger AA-5B model was the final variant of the AA-5 line. It is a four-seat, low-wing, fixed-gear, sliding canopy model powered by a Lycoming O-360 180 HP engine. Cruising speed is approximately 140 kts fully loaded. The Tiger was produced from 1975 to 1979. Our model features the very first livery to be sold in production, the "striped tiger" livery on tail number N1502R. Fun and easy to fly, the Tiger was used as a civilian touring and training airplane, although it was not as popular for training due to its slightly unusual behavior on landings (the Tiger was known to "float" if landed with excessive speed).

Our version of the Tiger for X-Plane is great for those who enjoy flying with the benefit of a Garmin 430 GPS and autopilot. We had access to a real-world Grumman Tiger to create this model.

Requires X-Plane 10.50 or newer. Compatible with X-Plane 11 (any version).
