CowanSim 222B v2.0
UPDATE: 2/23/24
-For your convenience, a comprehensive manual has been provided, accessible online at https://cowansim.com/manuals-checklists/. We encourage you to peruse it as it addresses 90% of common queries, optimizing our support efficiency. In the event of any operational issues, rest assured that all discrepancies are either FPS-related or currently beyond the realm of possibility.
-Exciting enhancements have been made to the AirWolf livery, an ongoing collaborative project with Cpt AirWolf. Stay informed and engaged by visiting Cpt AirWolf's YouTube channel for the latest updates and insights: https://youtube.com/@cptairwolf.
-All possible hardware bindings are fixed, and several were added. See the manual to learn how to map them all.
-Some important ones added:
-Throttles (see manual)
-Idle stops (see manual)
-Search light (see manual)
-Enhanced the search light beam intensity, cone, and range.
-Search light changed to “taxi” light to separate binding from landing lights.
-Fixed and confirmed the cyclic can be controlled/grabbed with VR controllers.
-The PMS GTN 650 & 750 and TDS GTNXi 650 & 750 were added as options. These are two different freeware and payware 3rd party products that must be installed separately. Once installed they will show up and work.
-Persistence code was added to save your weight and balance, and options configuration after shutting down. So, when you load your next flight all your settings will be the same as your last flight.
-Fuel consumption is fixed to reflect real world usage.
-Auxiliary fuel system fixed. Auto will open the valve automatically when either tank is below 40 gal. Override will open the valve. Off the valve stays closed.
